Wonderful to find in the hotel bar an "aperitivo Spritz" fot just 1,70 euro.very clean rooms , kind staff.

The room was very clean, bathroom was newly renovated and modern. There are nice wood exposed beams in the ceiling. Our room looked on to the road but we didn't really hear anything. There is private parking at the back. Breakfast included meats, bread, yoghurt, fresh fruit. They bring it out to you rather than having a buffet. We picked the location because it was near a restaurant we'd been told about. It made a good one night stop on our way. The staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our rental car, and they helped us to contact the rental company when we were having trouble. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It's a nice B & B with different lounges and spaces to sit and read/relax if you just wanted to spend the days inside!

What an amazing surprise !!! Nice, extremely polite staff, always willing to help in any way. Pleasant atmosphere, very good breakfast, great amenities. I could not recommend it more. We would love to go back for a longer stay. Keep up the good work guys, and many thanks for a memorable stay.

No complaints whatsoever, everything was superb.

Stayed here for a quick trip into Venice.Beautiful place and staff so helpful. Breakfast fine. A pleasant 800m walk along a river to bus stop to go into Venice. Perhaps this is too much for some especially on hot days.We were offered a ride but I'm not sure this is usual.

Had trouble finding the hotel because regualtions say they couldn't put a sign outside. Look for the number which is on the building. The owner actually came out to wave us in so perhaps they are used to this!
